Our mount is designed to be a universal fit for any vehicle, but do not install it on leather & textured surfaces. The surface area should be flat and smooth.

Apply even pressure for 30 seconds and after installation, for maximum adhesive strength wait 12 hours before usage.

It’s compatible with all phone models. As long as you have the metal plate installed then it will work with any device.

Yes, our mount works with phone cases.

When installing the metal plate inside your case, be sure to test if the hold is strong enough. If the case is too thick, then the plate needs to be placed on the outside.

Our mount is strong enough to hold any smartphone. Two mounts is recommended to hold a tablet.

No, the MagSafe function in iPhone models 12 and up is not strong enough to securely hold the phone in different road conditions.

Our magnet system is 3x stronger, which is enough to ensure that the phone stays firmly put.

If placed in the middle, the plate will block wireless charging.

The following solution is for wireless charging users: Install the plate to the very bottom of the phone, horizontally. Then it won’t interfere with the wireless charging receiver positioned in the middle of the phone.

If you want to remove the plate from your phone or case, try to get something underneath the metal plate (for ex. an old credit card) and get one side loose, then slowly pull it off.

    Once ordered the product came quick just less than a week. I open and read the instructions and use it very simple. Product live up to their advertised and it’s great holding my tablet in my truck that vibrates and shakes a lot while I’m driving, but my tablet doesn’t move a bit. Great product, however the ad says you can move or take it out from its original place and just rinse the glue and it will stick back up… no it didn’t work for me. When I pull the carmount from its original place and try to put to a different place the glue doesn’t sticks back even after you rinse it. Overall the product is good if you don’t pull it out .

    I'm quite happy with the functionality. I've not had a single instance of the phone becoming detached from the mount or the mount from the dashboard. That being said, I wish the piece that attached to the phone/case came in a less conspicuous color. I was not able to get a solid hold when placing the piece on the inside of the phone case (the preferred way, according to the instructions) so I was forced to use my second piece and attach to the outside of my phone case. It's basically a mirror on my otherwise black case which doesn't look great.

    The first one I had fell off after a few days and no matter what I did I couldn’t get it to stick again. BUT their customer service is very good and they sent me a replacement. That one stuck fine and hasn’t fallen off. I took a road trip over the weekend and my iPhone 11 did not fall off the mount and I have a full otter box case on it. Very satin!
